March was a pretty fun month. Our favoritest friends from England came over to visit for a week and to go to the San Francisco Fetish Ball. We had a lot of fun frolicking around with them and I was a little homesick for a few days. I miss Brighton! There's just this wholly irresponsible carefree hedonistic vibe there that I've yet to feel anywhere else. More than anything I just miss seeing our friends and having messy, kinky fabulous nights out. I don't miss their wardrobe being better than ours, so you know... Pros and cons. ;)

While they were here and we were shopping in The Haight, I got a call out of the blue from Mark of seriousbondage.com, a long running webzine dedicated to... Well, serious fucking bondage. What does that mean? Here's a little excerpt:

I enjoyed my shoot very much and it was lovely to meet all the people behind the scenes, everyone was so genuine and down to earth, something I really appreciated. I left feeling really positive and content which is definitely good.

Also: I open up my inbox the other day (okay quite a few days ago) ... (Okay, okay, maybe it was 2 months ago) and find an email from underherboots.com. You guys may remember them from my scenes with Lilith, the badass bald chick, and her filthy stompy boots or my solo ballet boot fun. Well they decided March 14th was their last update and while that is extremely sad for all boot lovers, there is a silver lining! The site will remain live as an archive and their membership has been reduced to a ridiculous 9 euros (or $13). The US dollar may be going down the pan, but hey $13 for over a year's worth of photos and videos of hot chicks in sexy boots is pretty fantastic. After our friends left for home Sir and I were both sick for days, again. I won't bore you with the details, but there was pus in places you'd rather not have pus (no not THOSE places, pervert) and it left us in catch-up mode for the third month running. The last week in March marked our one year wedding anniversary and one year in San Francisco. Where did 2007 go again?

Either I've really enjoyed this year or I'm reaching that time in my life when the years start to fly by...
